Don't do imagination when you told to pay attention to someone who is talking to you. Put your attention to his/her words, just empty your mind from any image for that time he/she talking.
Imagination =/is picturing a frame on your mind (and you can hold the picture) (it just a frame; a still frame) where you in that frame doing something (example: imaging you are typing on a computer's keyboard).
5. Look for the greater frame. Don't say "stupid" to your friend or anyone that close to you. Saying your friend stupid is killing. Making him/her look stupid is also killing.
