Komponen-komponen:
1. TACACS server.
2. Tacacs software bisa diunduh di:dan di instal di TACACS server.
3. Network element: router Cisco atau switch Cisco, perangkat firewall atau access-point wifi.
4. User / pengguna : telnet dari laptop, 802.1x switch.
5. Windows firewall pada operating system Windows.
6. Shared secret
Syarat:
1. TACACS server dan network element harus bisa ping, dan
2. TCP port 49 harus dibuka di TACACS server dan di sepanjang path dari server ke network element. Karena TACACS+ server mendengarkan koneksi incoming/ yang masuk/datang ke server itu pada port 49 TCP bukan UDP.

Two seperate route in eigrp topologi tabel:
1. Successor route (SR) = primary route
2. Feasible successor route (FSR) = backup route
3. Feasible condition (FC) --> AD FSR < FD
Actor:
1. Upstream neighboring router
2. Particular router
From R1 perspective, R3 is advertising a distance
of 10000 to the detination 10.22.55.0/24
however your distance to R3 from R1 is 500,
so your feasible distance would be 10500
